Most definitely. Your work location is flexible (home, office, or customer site) as well as your working hours, as long as you’re able to meet the people you need to be successful.

Does Plat4mation offer a hybrid working model?
Yes. We believe in the added value of being flexible in where and how you work. COVID-19 has proven that we work well from home/other locations, and by commuting less we have a significant positive environmental impact (less traffic, congestion, and pollution). But it has also emphasized our need for physical interactions at the office.
So, by default, we work hybrid. This means we work a minimum of 1-3 days (>40%) per week from the office and the rest of the week we work from a representative and healthy location of your choice. Flexibility is key. So, in some cases and based on what’s possible under local regulations, we allow you to switch up your work location (e.g. beach house, or holiday destination) when it contributes to your feeling of freedom, trust, and happiness in your work.
